Argh! Why isn't it Friday yet?

This weekend had oddly been looking to be a goth-free one:
- Friday: Boom Boom Saloon at the Purple Turtle, as suggested by prettyinpunk81. Very cool retro, and I don't mean '80s, night... opportunity to wear the flapper dress... tempting
- Saturday: a long overdue trip to Stay Beautiful. Seems lots of folks are going. [Roll call!?]
- Sunday: bobmonster and Louise's wedding, which, while they're goths, will have jazz music.

However have just got a text from Deathrocky Nic (not caveynik, the one with the big fluffy mohican) saying there is a Joy Division tribute band on at Dublin Castle tomorrow... no word on whether they're good or shite... (I suppose if they suck the Purple Turtle's just around the corner!)

Or I could just get out of denial and admit that I'm broke

That's one of the good things about London - there's ALWAYS something to do!

Oh, wow, Joy Division tribute right on my doorstep! I would also like to go to Stay Beautiful on the grounds that when you dress up and go to an indie club full of 70's retro haircuts and indie kids, you get lots of attention! And the guys are usually better looking too, however I'm going to Slimes as it was Michaela's birthday and I said I'd go.
