That was one of the nice luxuries I could afford when I was at washingtonpost.com and had good insurance :-D Stretching the back is OK... I had a nice hot bath last night which helped... but my spine actually gets out of whack up near my neck and has to be smacked back into place. Ouch. But did I ever used to sleep like a baby that night!
I think £40-£60 for Joel's osteopath will be cheaper than a flight to N.C. I do miss you though! Dammit! You will have to come for a trip to Amsterdam and Spain. :)
