Take our flat... please!

djpsycheLooks like, unless some weird disaster happens *cross fingers* our flat will be available from mid May. This flat is a real bargain so if anyone is looking to move around the 15th of May[1] let me know!
Details:
One bedroom flat, 44 square meters. Kitchen with small fridge, gas cooker, old but serviceable microwave, washing machine. Bathroom with shower attachment, works pretty well. Very large bedroom and smallish lounge, or vice versa. Mostly furnished. Blue carpet throughout. First floor located off alley near the intersection of Hornsey and Seven Sisters Road, N7, near the Holloway Nags Head shopping centre. Nearest tube Finsbury Park, one bus to Angel (43) or Camden (29/253) and walking distance to Dead & Buried. We have been renting it for £630 a month, they may raise the price a bit for a new tenant but they may not, we can ask.
