Four DJs playing a mix of Industrial, Goth, Electroclash and '80s... requests very welcome. £3 pints and it's only three quid per non-coupled pair. YES you must bring an opposite-sex friend! Need to find one, post at downboyuk. Get a date for that looming Office Xmas party... or just have a fun night out with your mates without happy sappy couples spoiling it. ;)

oh i am always going along to those, usually w/o minusbat so i would prefer to go to a singles night, for a laugh!

how do the blokes w/o birds get in if you have too many of them and not enough girlies?

They don't! Serves as a kind of minger-check. ;)

I have however just realised that it's ALL WOMEN at my work, even after writing off the married or gay ones, there should be enough to provide a bit of a rescue squad for the guys who can't find a lass. And there's the LJ community. Shouldn't be THAT hard to find a bird!

Maybe this time I'll actually get my partner sorted out in advance (I won't be able to spend the afternoon on LJ this time - and the proliferation of mobiles makes it too easy for people to pull out at the last minute). I didn't get anywhere match-wise last time, but it was fun just to feel I had a chance!

Actually, my workplace is also predominantly female, at least in the main part of the office. But not only are they all coupled up, but they regard my social life as a bit of a taboo....
