Er, Citibank gave me one? Maybe because I'm already spending $20 a month to have a US$ checking account with them? Dunno! My next goal may be to keep £2000 in my Citibank account and avoid that $20 fee... although, now that my debts are paid off I don't think I need a US$ account anyway! Hmm... all these options! ;)
