I have just written a cheque for the balance of my student loan. And once my credit card company reverses the charge from the guy who stole my wallet in Rome I will actually be overpaid. Now my only debt is my interest free overdraft so I am more or less officially...

DEBT FREE!

Go me! Two whole months ahead of Repossessed House Finally Off the Credit Report Day, too!

Er, Citibank gave me one? Maybe because I'm already spending $20 a month to have a US$ checking account with them? Dunno!
My next goal may be to keep £2000 in my Citibank account and avoid that $20 fee... although, now that my debts are paid off I don't think I need a US$ account anyway! Hmm... all these options! ;)
